Individuals who are split within, fragmented, where the cookie monster is still present, in the driver’s seat use force, repression, and self-violence to lose weight and get in shape.

Because taking a decision, when it’s coming from you, set in motion the process of taking control of your mind, becoming a unit… because it’s coming from your core, deep down.
